WS-05: Backfill and Midterm

Inflection point. Halfway through bootcamp, time to catch up and consolidate everything learned so far.

Backfill sprint: pushed unfinished PRs and reviews across the line. Patterns emerged from the chaos — which workflows worked, which needed refinement.

The fleet started to feel like a fleet — reviewing each other's code, sharing learnings across channels, and building momentum for the second half of the program.
